Various stands will be set up on the square with exciting offers from organizations, companies, associations and the city of Salzgitter, which will use this opportunity to present themselves and their work. Visitors will receive a wide range of information there.
There will also be plenty on the stage:
The official opening of the event is at 10 am. The children from the "Die Piratensänger" choir from the Grundschule am See will then perform. At 10.40 a.m., the Kwiatkowski dance school will be presenting a range of sporting activities to take part in. The singing group of the Salzgitter-Lebenstedt senior citizens' club invites all music enthusiasts to sing along with their performance at 11.10 am. From 11.30 am, the band "Die Schnulzenreiter" will round off the morning with musical entertainment. This will be followed by a quiet half hour from 12.15 pm, so that the event can be explored without any stimuli.
The Fredenberg Forum opens the afternoon program with a round of squat gymnastics. From 1 p.m., the band "New SoulGeneration" delivers a good load of soul power. At 1.50 pm, guests are invited to take part in a round of bingo with great prizes, provided by the senior citizens' office. The day's program will conclude at 2.15 pm with an instrumental performance by the Lower Saxony Police Orchestra.
As always, admission to Senior Citizens' Day is free!
