Communication is an essential part of our daily lives. Yet conversations do not always go the way those involved intend. Statements are interpreted differently, expectations diverge, and misunderstandings can arise.

How do such differences in perception arise? What factors influence the understanding of a message? And how do communication breakdowns occur?

This weekend seminar addresses these questions. The focus is on the communication model of the four messages within a single message: factual content, self-revelation, relationship, and appeal.

The seminar offers an opportunity to reflect on one’s own communication behavior and to learn strategies for clearer and more mindful conversation in both personal and professional settings.

The course “Now I Understand You Better—Communication!” will take place on November 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad and costs 50.50 euros.
