The entire area must be closed off for the duration of the renovation work.

The goal is to make the playground an attractive place to spend time in Engerode.

New playground equipment and modern safety surfacing will be installed there. In addition, an accessible path and a play hill will be created, and new seating areas will be added.

According to current plans, the renovation is scheduled to be completed by the end of April 2027, although weather conditions may cause delays. The cost of the project is estimated at approximately 95,000 euros based on current plans.

The municipal administration asks all residents and users of the playground for their understanding regarding the necessary closure during the construction phase.
