Elections are organized by the appropriate authority and announced in accordance with applicable regulations. Using the voter registration card you receive, you can cast your vote in person at the polling place assigned to you on Election Day.

If you wish to vote by mail, you must apply for a ballot. Another person may submit the application on your behalf or receive your documents if you authorize them in writing. You must submit the application to the office indicated on your voter notification card.
