The association has existed for 37 years. The goals that were formulated in 1982, the year it was founded, are still relevant today:
The association supports the music school in the purchase of instruments for lessons, cooperations and ensemble playing, in the awarding of scholarships, the organization of concerts, music camps and other activities of the music school and the special financial support of pupils who take part in the "Jugend musiziert" competition.

Active or passive membership is guaranteed with a membership fee of 20 euros per year. Monetary donations also help us to fulfill our tasks. The association is a non-profit organization and is entitled to issue donation receipts. Ideally, parents of music school pupils should be willing to actively participate in the board of the association.
