According to the resolution, 35 building plots for the construction of detached and semi-detached houses will be sold there. The plots are between 532 m² and 900 m² in size. The plot price is € 165.00/m².

The land purchase price includes the development contributions in accordance with Section 127 BauGB, the wastewater contribution, the cost reimbursement contributions for compensatory measures (Section 135 a-c BauGB), the costs for the construction of the noise barrier and the surveying costs.

Since mid-September, the sewer has been under construction in the 1st section of the 2nd construction phase in the Salzgitter-Lebenstedt "Fredenberg West" development area. Once this work has been completed, the road construction will follow. The construction work is expected to be completed by the end of November 2018. Marketing of the building plots will then begin in the same period.

The plots will be allocated after the individual applications for the district in question have been received. The list of applicants for Salzgitter-Lebenstedt currently contains 447 applicants. Insofar as not all interested parties purchase a building plot, the building plots can then also be applied for by developers.
