We ask the public for their understanding for this precautionary measure to prevent accidents!

The playground in its previous form was now 16 years old and the wooden play equipment was no longer roadworthy due to the effects of the weather and many years of use. The play equipment therefore had to be removed, with the exception of the water play equipment. The municipal public works department (SRB) is planning to redesign the playground next year.

An attractive and extensive range of play equipment can be found in the immediate vicinity at the Ritterburg playground, which opened in June.
