New construction areas are therefore developed on a regular basis. In September 2018, for example, the Salzgitter City Council decided to market the "Bad 100 Nordholz" development area in the first construction phase in Salzgitter-Bad for the construction of detached and semi-detached houses.

After a short time, 8 of the 33 building plots have already been sold, 16 are reserved and only 9 are still available. The plots are between 550 square meters and 952 square meters in size. The purchase price is €135.00/m², plus house connection costs.

On November 28, the city parliament also approved the marketing of the "Fredenberg West" construction area in the 1st section of the 2nd construction phase.

35 building plots for the construction of detached and semi-detached houses are now being sold there. The plots are between 532 m² and 900 m² in size. The plot price is € 165.00/m², plus house connection costs.

The plots will be allocated after receipt of the individual applications for the district in question.
