The four wind turbines are used to generate electrical energy by using wind energy for self-supply for the power-to-gas process. The plants are to be operated continuously. Commissioning is planned for 2019. The applicant has applied for public participation for the project in accordance with Section 19 (3) of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG).

The plants are located in the Salzgitter-Beddingen district, parcel 5, plots 20/11 and 13/36 and parcel 6, plot 10/5.

The application, including the submitted documents (drawings, explanations, etc.), is open to the public from

Monday to Wednesday, from 08:00 to 16:00
Thursday, from 08:00 to 18:00
Friday and on days before public holidays from 08:00 to 13:00

In accordance with Section 10 (3) BImSchG, objections to the project may be raised in writing or recorded at the above-mentioned exhibition office up to two weeks after the end of the exhibition period until November 2, 2018. Upon expiry of the objection period, all objections that are not based on special titles under private law are excluded.

It should be noted that, at the request of the objectors, their names and addresses should be made unrecognizable prior to publication if these are not required for the proper implementation of the approval procedure.

Furthermore, it is pointed out that similar objections may be disregarded if the signatories have not provided their name or address or have not provided it legibly.

Objections raised in due form and time will also be discussed in the absence of the applicant or persons who have raised objections.

Pursuant to Section 10 (4) No. 4 BImSchG, the notification of the decision on the objections can be replaced by public announcement.
