The turbines are located in the town of Salzgitter, district of Beddingen, parcel 5, plots 20/11 and 13/36 and parcel 6, plot 10/5.

The final approval for the project was granted in a decision dated April 24, 2019 and contains conditions.

The decision reads:
"I hereby approve the requested construction and operation of the wind turbines WTG1, WTG2, WTG3 and WTG4, in the district of Beddingen, parcel 5, plots 20/11 and 13/36 as well as parcel 6, plot 10/5.
This decision extends to the approval for the construction and operation of the above-mentioned plant components in the manner described."

The permit for the project with the associated documents (drawings, explanations, etc.) can be inspected from May 6, 2019 to May 20, 2019 at the following office during the times specified there
City of Salzgitter, Town Hall, Lebenstedt, Environment Department, Room 10.16, Joachim Campe Straße 6-8, 38226 Salzgitter.

Persons who have raised objections may request the decision and its justification at the above address during the objection period.

Inspection possibility:
Mondays to Wednesdays from 8 am to 4 pm,
Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m,
Fridays and on days before public holidays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

After this period, this approval is also deemed to have been delivered to third parties who have not raised any objections.
