Citizens have expressed their interest in the plots on offer by telephone, email or in person at the town hall - some have asked for additional plots to be included.

There are currently a number of building plots on offer on the building plot exchange. The good response shows that the targeted offering of building land potential in the town center is an excellent measure for active inner development.

In addition to the "classic" gaps between two built-up plots of land, areas that are only marginally developed or underutilized are also taken into account. The external development and infrastructure are available to a sufficient extent or only require minor additions.

However, despite the comprehensive survey, the building gap exchange cannot claim to be exhaustive. Only those vacant lots are listed whose owners have given their consent.
