Road and sewer work in Heerte completed

The road and sewer work by ASG and the City of Salzgitter on Gießereistraße from the junction with Zingelstraße to the Fuhsebrücke bridge has been completed.

Gießereistraße in Heerte is open to traffic again.

Gießereistraße is fully passable again. The detour around Heerte have been lifted.

An approx. 150 meter long section of the road from the Fuhsebrücke bridge (entrance to the town) northwards to Zingelstraße was upgraded.

Here, the road (approx. 1,400 square meters) and the sidewalk (approx. 900 square meters) were completely renewed.

Prior to this, ASG carried out sewer construction work in this area from Bäckerklint to Bahnhofsallee over a length of approx. 40 meters to a depth of approx. three meters.

At the same time, the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport, Wolfenbüttel division, had the road surface of the state road 670 between Nord-Süd-Straße and Heerte renewed.
