The administration has recently been informed that asbestos has been released during construction work.

During floor renovation work in the basement of the school, a considerable amount of dust was released, which also affected the first floor. Asbestos was detected in the dust and the removed floor during sampling. However, the exact measured value is not yet available. As immediate measures and for the protection of the users, a room air measurement and cleaning of all rooms by a specialist company was ordered in addition to the immediate closure. Once the cleaning work has been completed, a new measurement will be carried out and the school can only be released for use once the results are safe.
