Born in Rahden (East Westphalia), he studied sports science (diploma) and business administration (master's degree) in Cologne after completing his A-levels and a commercial apprenticeship.

He has worked for international sporting goods manufacturers as a marketing and sales manager, but has increasingly focused on the sports service sector in recent years. Over the past eight years, he was operations manager at "KölnBäder GmbH", where he was responsible for the "Lentpark" ice and swimming stadium, which was built in 2011.

In Salzgitter, he wants to use this experience to create a sustainable, modern and attractive sports infrastructure in Salzgitter and shape the future of BSF together with the employees. To achieve the common goal - a sustainable, customer and service-oriented offer for guests in the sports and leisure sector - he is looking forward to a team-oriented cooperation.
