The length of the trench around Salzgittersee is approx. 5,400 meters and will be divided into sections. Depending on the weather, construction will take around three months.

Work will begin with the first construction section in the southern area of the Seeterrasse restaurant towards the southern tip of Salzgittersee. Information on the progress of the work and the schedule for the other sections can be found on the Salzgitter city website (www.salzgitter.de).

Unfortunately, individual obstructions due to the construction work to be carried out cannot be ruled out. The administration asks for your understanding.
