From September, swimming pool guests can look forward to free water gymnastics in the Stadtbad Salzgitter-Lebenstedt and the Thermalsolbad Salzgitter-Bad.
In the Stadtbad, the courses start on Thursdays and Fridays at 10:30 am (without registration, approx. 20 minutes in the multi-purpose pool). In the Thermalsolbad they take place on Tuesdays from 13:15 to 13:30 and on Fridays from 10:15 to 10:30 (without registration in the brine wave pool).
The brine wave pool is open from September at the following times: Tuesday to Friday from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
