All events take place at the Volkshochschule of the city of Salzgitter, in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus, at Braunschweiger Straße 137 A, in Salzgitter-Bad.
Bullying - Systematics
It starts on Thursday, March 26, at 7 p.m., with a lecture on the topic. Honsa will give participants tips on how they can see through the bullying system and develop an appropriate strategy to counter it. He will shed light on the issues surrounding bullying, both from the perspective of the people directly affected and from the perspective of line managers and HR management, as well as staff and works councils.
Afterwards, further individual questions on the topic will be discussed in open discussions.

Bullying - a soul-destroying system
On Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19, Hans-Jürgen Honsa will focus his weekend seminar on "Bullying - a soul-destroying system"
The mobbing system from the lecture in March will be taken up and the problems surrounding this topic will be presented in detail.
This time, however, all participants will be involved in the seminar work right from the start.
The necessary theory will be explained in detail using practical examples and practiced, documented and evaluated using interactive presentations and feedback.
Particular emphasis is placed on providing personal assistance based on individual evaluations. Tips for setting up an operational early warning system are also presented and discussed with the participants. The necessary seminar documents will be made available to the participants.

Bullying - in-depth workshop
Another weekend seminar, which will take place on Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May 17, will deepen the knowledge gained from the lecture and workshop "Bullying - a soul-destroying system".
The knowledge gained so far on this topic will be deepened and illustrated using practical examples and rules of conduct from different perspectives will be developed together.
Participants will also have the opportunity to better understand personal bullying situations and find solutions.
