During a building inspection of a listed barn in Ringelheim by the Lower Building Supervisory Authority and the Lower Monument Protection Authority of the city of Salzgitter, it was found that load-bearing parts of the building were in such a dilapidated state that the listed building was in acute danger of collapsing.

In order to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicle traffic on the street "Gutshof", an immediate closure of the street is unavoidable.

The affected residents of the street may initially drive to their properties via the Gutshof 7 property. Should there be new regulations to protect residents, they will be informed directly.
