This is due to road repairs at the junctions of the K 16 (Beddingen) and K 15 (Groß Gleidingen) with the L 615 as well as maintenance work on the bridge over the railroad. The state authority for road construction and traffic in Wolfenbüttel points this out.

The work is scheduled to last from October 18 to 29. During the closure, the detour from Üfingen will be via the K 12 (Bleckenstedt), the K 39 and the L 618 to the L 615, and vice versa in the opposite direction.

The total cost of the construction work is around 180,000 euros and will be borne by the state of Lower Saxony.

Weather-related delays are generally possible. The state authority asks the affected road users and residents for their understanding.
