The audit report (a statement by the Lord Mayor was not required) and the annual financial statements (without the overview of receivables) are available for public inspection from Monday, February 1, to Tuesday, February 9, in accordance with the provisions of the Lower Saxony Municipal Constitution Act.

They can be inspected at the Budget and Finance Department, City Treasury Division, Town Hall, Office 18, Joachim-Campe-Str. 6-8, 38226 Salzgitter.

Inspection is only possible by prior appointment (telephone 05341/839-3353 or e-mail uwe.friemelstadt.salzgitterde during the following opening hours:

• Monday to Wednesday and on Friday from 9 am to 12 noon and on Thursday from 2 pm to 6 pm.
