Salzgitter

Premiere: Online information days for daycare centers

The music school of the city of Salzgitter presents itself in the daycare centers. As a visit is not possible at the moment, the team has come up with something special: In June, the children and the daycare center directors will be able to take an online tour of the music school's rooms in the Alte Feuerwache in Lebenstedt in a film lasting around 45 minutes.

The music school sent a letter to the daycare centers in Salzgitter inviting them to a new information day: As it is not possible to present the various instruments and courses in person at the daycare centers this year, the music school team made a special film that will be shown at the daycare centers if there is interest.

Piano, guitar, flute, violin, cello or drums: various musical sounds can be heard behind the music school's doors. Then the doors open and the musical secrets are revealed. The music teachers can be seen presenting the instruments in a clear and child-friendly way and providing information about the courses. The film aims to arouse the curiosity of children between the ages of four and six about the musical world and the wide range of courses offered by the municipal music school. A small listening puzzle for the little ones invites them to join in.

The film will be shown from June in the daycare centers that responded to the letter. A final appointment is then planned for interested parents on Friday, July 16 (presumably via Zoom).

Other children's facilities in Salzgitter can contact Stefanie Wipprechtstefanie.wipprechtstadt.salzgitterde and Alina Ludwig alina.ludwigstadt.salzgitterde or call the municipal music school (839-3387) if they are interested in the film.
