The BürgerCenter asks you to switch to the other days of the week: Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm and Thursday from 2pm to 6pm. No appointment is required to collect the documents.
The BürgerCenter has also not allocated any online appointments for these days. The other BürgerCenter is available for emergencies.
