Michael Tacke (City Planning Officer), Torsten Fleige-Lütgering (Head of the Civil Engineering and Traffic Department), Achim Zöfelt (Head of the Citizen Services and Order Department) and Clemens Grießhammer (Civil Engineering and Traffic Department) from the city administration and Dr. Christian Adams from SHP Ingenieure presented on these topics.

The parliamentary groups and groups of the Salzgitter City Council as well as the parliamentary groups and members of the local council of the district of Nord were also invited.
