Early musical education - Free places

There are still places available for early musical education at the Salzgitter Music School.

The courses, which take place on Wednesdays at 2.30 pm or 3.30 pm in the rooms of the music school, Wehrstraße 27, in Salzgitter-Lebenstedt, can still be booked.

Registrations can be made via the municipal website (opens in a new tab) or by contacting Alina Ludwig at alina.ludwigstadt.salzgitterde.

What is early musical education?

Early musical education aims to provide elementary musical experiences that enrich children's lives and lay the foundations for further musical training. Each lesson has an exciting theme that encourages the children to sing and play along, to discover and develop themselves. The orchestral instruments are also introduced - the children experience wind, plucked, string and percussion instruments. They are introduced to notated music through graphic notation, rhythmic language and rhythmic notation.

The offer of the municipal music school in Salzgitter

Perception, singing and speaking, movement and dance, listening to music, elementary music-making, music theory and instrument information: these are the elements covered by the early musical education program at the Salzgitter Music School for children between the ages of four and six in a two-year course. There are no limits to their creativity and, above all, they become curious about their further musical development opportunities.
