The construction work will affect the area from the Hinter dem Salze traffic circle to the junction with Tillystraße.

The Richter engineering office from Hildesheim was commissioned to plan the measure. In the meantime, the office has prepared an analysis of the current situation and existing deficiencies. Possible variants for the expansion were developed on the basis of set planning objectives.

At an information event, the findings will be explained and various options for the future design of the road will be presented and discussed.

At the event, citizens will have the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about the considerations and framework conditions to date. Employees of the planning office and the City of Salzgitter will explain details of the project and be available to answer questions and receive suggestions.
