An alkaline diet can bring many benefits and have a positive effect on your health. In this course, participants prepare light and simple dishes using selected recipes and learn what alkaline food is and how varied this wholefood cuisine can be. You will need to bring a tea towel, an apron and containers for leftovers.

The VHS cooking course "Basenkost lecker zubereitet" will take place on Tuesday, March 15, from 5.30 to 9.15 p.m. in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a). The course fee of 26 euros includes the cost of food.
