As an appetizer, salad, soup and main course, asparagus is always a delight. There are many variations of preparation and possible combinations. Participants will be surprised by the variety.
Information: The cooking course "Asparagus Variations" will take place on Thursday, May 12, from 5.45 to 9.30 pm at the Volkshochschule in Salzgitter-Bad (Kniestedter Herrenhaus, Braunschweigische Straße 137a). You will need to bring a tea towel and containers for leftovers. Food costs are included in the course fee of 31 euros.
