Dates for the two ten-day courses: Monday, November 13, through Friday, November 24, and Monday, November 27, through Friday, December 8, each from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a). A course costs 497 euros including material costs (an examination fee of 210 euros may be added).

In the course of the course, the instructor will present an instruction as well as a presentation, on the basis of which fundamental problems will be made aware and presented (IHK assessment scheme).
Based on this documentation, participants can decide which form of instruction to choose. The vocational and work-related pedagogical content is developed in an application-oriented manner and the concept is created for the examination board.
Preparation for the written instructor aptitude test:
Course participants are prepared for all four fields of action in accordance with the written examination relevance. There is an overview and in-depth study of all legal texts and regulations on vocational training. On completion of the fields of activity, a learning success check is carried out using possible IHK examination questions and joint correction.

- Field of action 1: Checking and planning training requirements
- Field of action 2: Preparing training and assisting in the recruitment of trainees
- Field of action 3: Carrying out training
- Field of action 4: Completing training
On completion of the preparatory course, participants are prepared for the written and practical examination and can take the examination. The written examination is always held on the 1st Tuesday of the month, but not during the vacation periods in Lower Saxony.
Dates for the short courses:
The three-day short courses are aimed at participants who have already completed the Fachwirt (and are therefore exempt from the written exam) and would like to retake the practical exam.
The first course will take place from Monday, October 16 to Wednesday, October 18. The second course will take place from Monday, November 6, to Wednesday, November 8, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a). One course costs 270 euros (plus the examination fee of 105 euros for the practical part).
