If a trip to Salzgitter-Bad is not possible, the BürgerCenter asks you to switch to the other days of the week: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 12.30 pm, Monday and Thursday from 1.30 pm to 6.00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm.
Appointments are possible with or without an appointment. Waiting tokens are handed out at the ServicePoint.
