The Federal Railway Authority has until January 2, 2024 to provide feedback on the draft noise action plan and the participation process.

During the first phase in March and April of this year, citizens submitted a total of around 11,000 valid contributions to the Federal Railway Authority. The Federal Railway Authority is currently evaluating the contributions and will conclude the evaluation with the publication of a draft noise action plan. This draft will be published at the start of the second participation phase on November 20, 2023.

It will be published on the participation platform www.laermaktionsplanung-schiene.de (opens in a new tab) and on the website of the Federal Railway Authority at www.eba.bund.de/lap.
