For the last section of the final expansion of the western access road to the construction area, construction work will be carried out from 27.09.2023 in the Weddemweg / Gebrüder-Grimm-Weg junction area. This will make it necessary to change the traffic routing.

During this construction phase, it will still be possible to access Gebrüder-Grimm-Weg from Weddemweg. However, short-term closures must be expected.

A one-way street will be set up from the Weddemweg / Gebrüder-Grimm-Weg junction to the new construction area.

The exit from Gebrüder-Grimm-Weg will therefore be via the gravel access road in the direction of the construction area, continuing via one of the newly constructed construction roads to the Michael-Ende-Ring / Unter den Pfählen junction. A direct exit from Gebrüder-Grimm-Weg onto Weddemweg will not be possible during this construction phase.

The fire department and emergency services will also be informed about this change in traffic routing.

There will also be a traffic restriction at the Gebrüder-Grimm-Weg / Astrid-Lindgren-Weg junction, as construction water has to be drawn from a hydrant here.

All road users are asked to take extra care in this area.
