Land use plan for Salzgitter-Salder can be viewed

The draft of the 104th amendment to the land use plan for Salzgitter-Salder and the draft of the explanatory memorandum with environmental report as well as the environmental comments are available for inspection.

The plans are published from 16.03.2023 to 17.04.2023 at the following Internet address:

It is also possible to inspect the planning during this period at Salzgitter Town Hall, Joachim-Campe-Str. 6-8, Salzgitter-Lebenstedt at the following times:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Thursday from 14:00 to 18:00

The aim of the planning is to designate a residential area instead of a "predominantly agricultural" area. In addition, the representation of a main water pipeline in the effective land use plan of the city of Salzgitter is incorporated into the 104th amendment.

The documents on display also include the environmental comments already received.

Comments can be submitted in writing to the City of Salzgitter during the exhibition period or can be recorded there.
