Participants will prepare vegan salads and light summer dishes and discover that vegan cuisine with its purely plant-based ingredients is diverse and varied. Participants will create delicious bowls for pre-cooking (meal prep), for example.

The cooking course "Vegan salads and summer dishes" will take place on Tuesday, May 9, from 5.30 to 9.15 p.m. in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a). The course costs 28 euros. Please bring an apron, a tea towel and containers for leftovers.
