The course covers the following topics, among others:

Organization of human resources,
Personnel planning and development,
characteristics of modern personnel marketing,
Current changes in the world of work, for example through the use of "artificial intelligence".

The aim of the course is to provide a solid basis for successful HR work.

Information: The "Human Resources Management" course begins on Monday, November 6 (5:30 to 7:45 p.m.) at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) and ends on January 22. The course costs 165 euros.
