The approval for the project was granted by decision dated November 15, 2022 and contains conditions.
The facilities are located in the town of Salzgitter, district of Lesse, parcel 9, plots 362/6, 358/2, 356/1; parcel 10, plots 376, 377, 366/1, 373 and parcel 11, plots 366/1 and 384.
The decision is:
"I hereby authorize you to erect and operate 7 Nordex N 149 5.X wind turbines (WTGs) with a hub height of 164 m and a rated output of 5.7 MW and 1 Nordex N 133 4.8 with a hub height of 125.4 m and a rated output of 4.8 MW in the district of Lesse, parcel 9, parcels 362/6, 358/2, 356/1; parcel 10, parcels 376, 377, 366/1, 373 and parcel 11, parcels 366/1 and 384."
This decision extends to the approval for the construction and operation of the above-mentioned parts of the plant in the manner described at the locations applied for.

The approval for the project with the associated documents (drawings, explanations, etc.) can be viewed in the period from
23.01.2023 until 06.02.2023
at the following office during the times indicated there:
Stadt Salzgitter, Rathaus Salzgitter-Lebenstedt, Fachgebiet Umwelt, Zimmer 10.16, Joachim Campe Straße 6-8, 38226 Salzgitter (contact Ms. Runge, Tel. 05341 /839-4098). Persons who have raised objections can request the decision and the reasons for it at the above address during the objection period.
Mondays to Wednesdays: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Thursdays: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Fridays (and before public holidays): 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Due to the special exceptional situation caused by the corona virus, during the period of access restrictions for citizens, the application documents can only be inspected at the City of Salzgitter by making an appointment by telephone at the above telephone number.
This is the only way to ensure that the inspection is carried out in accordance with the provisions in force at the time of publication.
This approval shall also be deemed to have been delivered to third parties who have not raised any objections after the aforementioned deadline.
