Anyone who has always wanted to do yoga and wants to laugh is welcome to this course: Participants can try classic yoga exercises, laughter yoga exercises, movement and relaxation.

Information:

The course "Yoga, laughter and more" takes place on Sunday, June 11 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at the Volkshochschule Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) and costs 12.60 euros. Please bring non-slip socks, a mat, a towel and a drink. Comfortable clothing should be worn.
