During the presentation ceremony in the garden of the Protestant Family Education Centre, the commitment of the new childminders was acknowledged: the women have successfully completed the basic course, which is organized by the Family Service of the City of Salzgitter and hosted by the Protestant and Catholic Family Education Centres.
In addition, the successful further training of seven women was highlighted, through which they are now particularly qualified in the areas of language development, motor development of children and parental work, among others, and have thus increased their quality in child day care.
At the event, speakers and course instructors exchanged ideas with the future childminders and the existing childminders.
As an independent day carer, you can now look after children in small groups like a family. This means that up to 20 new daycare places can be created. The graduates were wished every success in their new self-employment or continuation of their day care work.
