By the reporting date of 31.12.2022, 22 purchase agreements had been notarized. One of these was notarized as part of the land consolidation with the city of Salzgitter. Of the five other notarizations carried out in 2022, four acquisitions have not yet been completed. These are due in 2023.

The new version of the regulations for the use of school premises and the new version of the fee catalog were approved.
