There are currently six tennis courts on the site to the east of the ice rink, each of which is arranged as a double court, and a smaller "single court". The plan is to dismantle the two courts to the north, two courts to the south and the single court in order to install the skate park at this location. The two remaining tennis courts will be renovated.

Furthermore, as part of the "SZ-Bad/Ost- und Westsiedlung" renewal project, the city parliament has also decided to upgrade the municipal building stock in Rheinstraße. The renovation of the upper floors of the manor house of Gebhardshagen moated castle and the "L 472" reclassification concept were also approved.
