Previously, district road 50 and Osterriehe were fully closed for this purpose.
From November 6, the L472 will now also be fully closed.
The detour will be via district road 39 - Bleckenstedt - district road 12 - Üfingen - state road 615 - Alvesse - Vallstedt - state road 475 - Broistedt, and vice versa in the opposite direction. The detour will be signposted. This was announced by the state authority for road construction and traffic in Wolfenbüttel.
The work is expected to last until mid-December. Weather-related delays are generally possible.
