For people from Ukraine, the recipes of their cuisine are a piece of home. Together with a Ukrainian woman, the participants will prepare some of these recipes and get to know the special features of Ukrainian cuisine.

The cooking course "Ukrainian Cuisine" will take place on Thursday, April 20, from 5:45 to 9:30 p.m. at the Volkshochschule in Salzgitter-Bad (Kniestedter Herrenhaus, Braunschweiger Straße 137a). The course costs 35.50 hrs. Participants should bring a tea towel and containers for leftovers.
