Today, quality management (QM) is an integral part of any professional corporate strategy.

The course covers the following topics: Development and introduction of a QM system; quality agreements; quality circles; quality auditing and quality certification. In addition, the methods and techniques of QM are considered, such as quality tools, quality process control, quality testing and quality statistics.

The "Quality Management" course takes place at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a) and begins on Tuesday, May 9 (6 to 7:30 p.m.). The eight Tuesday sessions (until July 4) cost 88 euros.
