The children can laugh together, be cheerful and funny. The children can immerse themselves in an adventure and get to know the animal world in laughter yoga. Breathing, stretching, moving and clapping help the participants to laugh... even without a reason! Play and creativity are encouraged through laughter yoga. An imaginative and relaxing journey rounds off the course at the end.

Information:

The course "Laughter and yoga - wonderfully relaxing" for children aged between five and eight will take place on Sunday, January 14, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt (Thiestraße 26a). The course costs 14.25 euros. Please bring non-slip socks and a drink.
