It takes place from Thursday, September 14 to Thursday, November 30 every Thursday from 4:15 to 5 p.m. at the Volkshochschule in Lebenstedt, Thiestraße 26a.

The course is aimed at children of the age mentioned who enjoy dancing, preferably to their favorite music.
Step by step, participants learn to dance Zumba with lots of fun.

Zumba not only promotes children's concentration and self-confidence, it also boosts the metabolism and improves coordination.
