Non-fiction author Dr. Ewald Weber gives a lecture on his non-fiction book "The World of Plants".
He has written numerous non-fiction books about plants and ecology, such as "Where wild plants live", "The plant that likes to do somersaults" and "The fish that would rather be an algae". These are three of the many interesting books from his series that can be borrowed from the city library.
He helps children to understand the beauty and above all the importance of plants and their direct and indispensable connection with the environment.
The lecture will be followed by a Q&A session, where children will have the opportunity to ask questions and deepen their interest in nature.
Admission is 5 euros and tickets are available at the main branch of the city library in Lebenstedt and at the Salzgitter-Bad branch.
To ensure that the event can be optimally planned, please register in advance.
