School, conflicts in the family, finding a career, heartache: these and other topics are important for younger children. Questions, thoughts, doubts or problems are often part of it. But who to talk to about them? Perhaps with an older person who has more life and work experience?
This is possible in the new "Generationentreff": younger people can talk to older people and exchange views on current or private topics. Older people can also talk about topics that are important to them and that they would like to discuss with a younger person who has a different perspective.
The aim is for the older people to talk about their experiences and give an insight into how they used to deal with one situation or another. The younger people share their views and can give the older people ideas for their topics from their perspective.
Information:
The Generationentreff takes place at the Seniorentreff Lebenstedt (Am Strumpfwinkel 24) every second Wednesday of the month at 3 pm.
