The communal facilities, paths, association tasks and association assets are to be transferred to the City of Salzgitter.

The transfer will not take place if, within three months of Wednesday, December 11, 2024, association members with at least one third of the voting rights apply to the Ministry to convene a general meeting to elect a board of directors and a board of directors is elected at the general meeting.

Applications should be sent to the Lower Saxony Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection, Calenberger Straße 2, 30169 Hanover.

The list of properties, maps and property values as well as the association's bank balance can be inspected at the City of Salzgitter, Joachim-Campe-Straße 6-8, 38226 Salzgitter, Room 10.06, during business hours from December 11, 2024 to January 7, 2025.
