The general objectives and purposes of the planning for the development plan Leb 179 for Salzgitter-Lebenstedt "Nahversorgungszentrum Reppnersche Straße" in conjunction with the 108th amendment N. N. of the land use plan of the City of Salzgitter can be submitted for early public participation in accordance with Section 3 (1) of the German Building Code (BauGB)

It is also possible to view the plans during this period at Salzgitter Town Hall, Joachim-Campe-Str. 6-8, SZ-Lebenstedt on the 9th floor between rooms 918 and 919 at the following times
- Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and
- Thursday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The aim of the planning is to designate special areas with the purpose of "retail" for the two existing local suppliers, in which predominantly local supply-relevant product ranges are permitted, as well as to create potential expansion areas. The existing residential and commercial buildings are to be designated as urban areas.
In order to be able to develop the development plan from the land use plan, the 108th amendment N. N. of the land use plan is required. The aim of the amendment is to designate the area as a special construction area (S) with the purpose of "retail" for the food market areas and mixed construction area (M) for the existing residential and commercial buildings.
Comments can be submitted in writing to the City of Salzgitter, FG Stadtplanung, Joachim-Campe-Straße 6-8, 38226 Salzgitter or by e-mail to planungstadt.salzgitterde within the exhibition period. Comments can also be made verbally for the record by prior appointment.
