Chansons and cabaret lyrics: "Gracious lady, gracious gentleman"

"Chansons and cabaret" - this traditional joint event of the Salzgitter Literary Society and the City of Salzgitter's Literature Office will take place on Sunday, January 28, at 3 p.m. in the Kniestedter Church in Salzgitter-Bad under the title "Gnädige Frau, gnädiger Herr".

Majimbi Mergner (vocals), accompanied on the piano by Martin Krüger-Düsenberg, Aneka Viering (recitation) and Reinhard Försterling (recitation) present aspects of being a servant in chanson and cabaret texts.

Among others, texts by Erich Kästner, Klabund, Mascha Kaléko, Ludwig Thoma and Kurt Tucholsky can be heard.
