"Using the computer - Part 1": In this course, participants are accompanied in a group of like-minded people under experienced and patient guidance in a manageable group as they take their first practical steps into the world of computers and the internet. Topics include the keyboard and Windows, creating and saving texts, creating a PDF and security on the Internet.

The course takes place in the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) over three days: Tuesday, February 20; Wednesday, February 21, Thursday, February 22, each from 9 to 11:30 am. The course costs 45 euros.

"Essential oils in the medicine cabinet": Participants discover the fragrant healing powers of essential oils. As part of herbal medicine, their use is becoming increasingly important. Participants try out selected, high-quality essential oils and learn more about their effects. Did you know, for example, that the scent of lemon improves concentration and can reduce fever? Participants will discover the world of the scents of cajeput, thyme and lavender and make their own soothing liniment at the end.

The course takes place on Saturday, February 24, from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Kniestedter Herrenhaus in Salzgitter-Bad (Braunschweiger Straße 137a) and costs 17.37 euros.
